Are you job searching? Do you feel alone in the process and wish there were other people you could talk with about the experience? Join a Job Seekers Mastermind cohort to tap into a supportive community, added accountability, and tailored job search tips.

Our clients have been asking for an opportunity to connect with other job seekers to make the job search process more productive, enjoyable, and less isolating. We know that people are social creatures and that being in community helps boost your mood and confidence, amplifies your brainstorming powers, and provides external motivation to keep you moving forward toward your goals.

We created the Job Seekers Mastermind, an intimate community where you can share your progress and obstacles and get support from a career coach and a small cohort of job seekers who can relate to your experience.

Each mastermind cohort includes:

• A 30-minute 1:1 intake with a career coach to assess your career goals and identify areas where you need support ($99 value)

• Six 60-minute weekly virtual group sessions with a career coach and six job seekers (yes, it's a small group!) ($599 value)​​

• Career coaching tips tailored to the needs of the group, plus time for each member to share progress updates and address challenges they’re facing. Topics covered include:

  • Staying motivated during a challenging job search​

  • Setting SMART goals

  • Building your professional brand

  • Creating a results-oriented resume

  • Optimizing your LinkedIn profile

  • Leveraging LinkedIn to make meaningful connections

  • Mastering informational interviews

• An accountability buddy to check in with between group coaching sessions

• Two 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with your career coach ($398 value)

• Access to a group WhatsApp chat where you can share updates, encouragement, and brainstorm between live sessions

• A Google Drive filled with job searching tools and resources to help you be successful
